After interviewing a number of architecture firms, Eileen Davidson and the Board of Trustees hired KG&D Architects. This is a firm with extensive secondary school experience. The principals and owners are Russell Davidson FAIA, Erik Kaeyer AIA LEED AP and Walter Hauser AIA. Their team is comprised of architects, landscape designers, interior designers, construction inspectors and administrative personnel. KG&D offices are in in Mount Kisco, NY.

In 2018, KG&D received five design awards from the American Institute of Architects, Westchester Hudson Valley Chapter. Their numerous projects include Scarsdale High School; additions to the Rippowam Cisqua School, Upper School Campus in Bedford, NY; the Jacob Burns Media Arts Lab in Pleasantville; and the Eastchester High School renovation and expansion.
